We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hivernage Hotel & Spa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Hivernage district—a luxurious area full of vibrant nightlife, top-notch restaurants, and endless entertainment options, all within walking distance. The service at the hotel was truly outstanding. A special thanks to Abdelrahman, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. From arranging reservations to helping us tick off everything on our to-do list, his care and attention to detail made all the difference. We also want to recognize the lovely and professional Hakima, who ensured that everything in the hotel ran smoothly. She was always available to assist and went out of her way to ask if there was anything we needed. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Thank you !!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Hirvnage in Marrakesh, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. Amina, Hisham,Laila and Badir, in particular, went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Their kindness and willingness to assist with any request truly enhanced my stay. The rest of the team, though I don’t recall all their names, also contributed to the outstanding experience with their friendly and helpful demeanor. The hotel's ambiance and the staff’s genuine care made my visit unforgettable. I am deeply grateful to Laila, Badir, and the entire team for their exceptional service.

The staff at Hivernage Hotel were beyond kind. I’m not a fussy traveller but the staff wanted to make sure that I was truely welcomed and had absolutely everything I wanted down to the exact coffee I drink! My beautiful room was very spacious and had a lovely traditional sitting area overlooking the swimming pool and the red city. I stayed at Hivernage for a work meeting - which went without a hitch due to the excellent wi-fi - but I also loved meeting the ladies in the spa and enjoying a little pampering and poolside time as well. Such a lovely hotel!

For our anniversary they decorated our bed with rose petals and it was beautiful. This really added to our stay. The staff were more than happy to meet our needs and expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable - like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast included delicious traditional foods which you wouldn't find anywhere else. The roof top bar had an amazing view and an even better creme broulee and shisha. The staff even gave us blankets because it was a bit chilly at night. Overall 10/10 cannot fault. They even upgraded our room for free.

Hotel has good facilities and is easy walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna square and the Medina. I was pleasantly surprised to find I was upgraded to a larger room for free. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the sky roof top restaurant and had a lovely meal and a nice bottle of Moroccan made wine. The service was very good. The hotel serves a really nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choices.
