The hotel is in a super location and within walking distance of the medina, mall, restaurants etc. The staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially Hakima, guest relations manager. She went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable, even leaving rose petals and fruit in our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Her warm and caring personality was evident from the moment we arrived. Also, Abderrahim, the concierge was extremely helpful in organising all our trips, taxis, booking restaurants etc. He was great to deal with and gave us excellent tips and advice too. The breakfast at this hotel is fabulous, it’s very varied and something to suit all tastes. Also the food is very fresh. The staff are exceptional at ensuring everyone is catered for. The food in the Skybar is very good quality too. Overall I would heartily recommend staying at the Hivernage hotel and we’ll certainly be returning.. thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing 😊

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Hivernage district—a luxurious area full of vibrant nightlife, top-notch restaurants, and endless entertainment options, all within walking distance. The service at the hotel was truly outstanding. A special thanks to Abdelrahman, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. From arranging reservations to helping us tick off everything on our to-do list, his care and attention to detail made all the difference. We also want to recognize the lovely and professional Hakima, who ensured that everything in the hotel ran smoothly. She was always available to assist and went out of her way to ask if there was anything we needed. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. Thank you !!

Location is safe, central and close to restaurants and about 20 mins walk from the main square. Staff were excellent and very helpful. The concierge Abderrahim was great with organising trips and restaurants for us. Hakima in Customer Relations gave us a lovely welcome and a tasty Moroccan tea as a welcome drink. They were both always happy to help. It’s much appreciated. Sofia and Karima in the spa were great. The massage was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel. All of the staff went out of their way to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool area was great. The breakfast was a very good mix of fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, roasted vegetables, salads and more. The currency exchange is on site so very convenient.

For our anniversary they decorated our bed with rose petals and it was beautiful. This really added to our stay. The staff were more than happy to meet our needs and expectations. Beds were extremely comfortable - like sleeping on clouds. The breakfast included delicious traditional foods which you wouldn't find anywhere else. The roof top bar had an amazing view and an even better creme broulee and shisha. The staff even gave us blankets because it was a bit chilly at night. Overall 10/10 cannot fault. They even upgraded our room for free.

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with that signature Moroccan touch. I especially loved the rooftop views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakech who wants a mix of luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality.
